Description
This was inspired by the electric blue combo that i saw on the Vampire Diaries. Elena dances with Damon and in this satin formal dress, so i have put as she had some small hair combs and well i would always wear either the necklace, earrings with a braclet or ring but bear in mind not to overload so big necklace then wear studs or small earrings, ring then no bracelet unless the look it be v bling.
