Avenue7 enables teenagers around the world to creatively express themselves through fashion to collaboratively develop their own tastes. The site have been developed to facilitate the sharing of fashion ideas and opinions within a safe online community.
Using real items of clothing, from real stores, it allows those with an interest in fashion to create outfits and share the latest trends with friends. The secure environment allows users to safely explore their budding financial independence with an array of features for browsing and shopping. Avenue7 refers those interested in making a purchase to the relevant online store.
Avenue7.com was one of the 20 start-ups chosen from across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa to attend 2007's Seedcamp week. It is developed and managed in London by a dynamic and enthusiastic team.
Avenue7 is currently still in a 'beta' stage, with new features continuously being developed and refined. Despite this, and while still not being officially launched, the site continues to host a fast growing userbase with tens of thousands of visitors each month.
