We take our user's safety very seriously. We are proud to say that we think our safety procedures not only go above and beyond the legal requirements, but create a safer environment than many of our competitors. We have a zero tolerance system in place, with immediate expulsion the only response to breaches of our rules, which are listed below.

If the message is harmless, it is sent and if not it is deleted and the sender is expelled from the site. Also we hide all personal information in a user's profile from user's they are not friends with so that strangers cannot discover anything about any of our users.

Finally, we scan every image and message sent on the site so we can prevent inappropriate content from travelling around the site.

If new users are under 13 they must get parental permission and enter their parent's/guardian's email address before they can be registered. We then send an email to that parent/guardian, letting them know that their child has joined our site and linking them through to this safety section.

Users who are under the age of 13 must obtain parent/guardian permission, but otherwise there are no restrictions.

1. Do not swear, use any sexual, rascist or other potentially offensive terms.
2. Do not bully or harass any other Avenue 7 members.
3. NEVER give out your address, email address, phone number or ANY other personal information online. Also, don't ask anyone else for theirs.
4. Don't type your password anywhere except in the log in box.
5. Do not claim you belong to the Avenue 7 staff in any way.
6. Do not break the law at Avenue 7 or try to persuade others into breaking the law.
